## Choosing a product

- [Which product do I need?](https://www.thesolver.com/which-product): Two-question finder that recommends the right tool.
- [Optimizer vs Simulator](https://www.thesolver.com/tutorials/optimizer-vs-simulator): The Optimizer builds lineups; the Simulator evaluates how lineups perform in a specific contest. Most Simulator users build a pool in the Optimizer, then sim it to pick their entries.
- [Portfolio Builder](https://www.thesolver.com/tutorials/portfolio-builder): Part of the Simulator. Upload your DraftKings or FanDuel contest entries file (classic slates only), simulate your lineup pool once, and it fills every entry across every contest on the slate, offering ten portfolios from most expected profit to most coverage.
