Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

THE SOLVER is operated by Sports Solver, LLC (“we,” “us”) at www.thesolver.com. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

1. What We Collect
  • Sign-in data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google data. Sign-in is handled by our login provider, Auth0, which processes your credentials on our behalf.
  • Data you provide. Lineups, settings, uploaded files, and messages you send to support.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, browser, device type, approximate location). Google Analytics uses cookies.
  • Payment data. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use It

We use your data only to:

  • sign you in and manage your account;
  • provide, maintain, and improve THE SOLVER;
  • process subscriptions and respond to support requests;
  • keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

3. How We Share It

We do not sell your data. We share it only:

  • with service providers that help us run the app (Auth0, hosting, Google Analytics, and our payment processor), and only as needed to provide their services to us;
  • if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others;
  • with a successor if THE SOLVER is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.
4. Storage and Security

Data is stored with our hosting and login providers. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law (for example, payment records).

6. Your Choices and Deletion
  • To access, correct, or delete your data, or to close your account, email support@thesolver.com.
  • You can revoke THE SOLVER’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.
7. Google API Services Limited Use

THE SOLVER’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Children

THE SOLVER is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. “As Is” and Limitation of Liability

THE SOLVER is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any data loss or unauthorized access. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. We will post the new version here with an updated effective date. Continued use of THE SOLVER after changes means you accept the updated policy.
