THE SOLVER is a set of tools for daily fantasy sports and best ball. Whether you’re playing DFS on DraftKings or FanDuel or you’re drafting Best Ball teams on Underdog, we’ve got you covered. Everything runs in your browser. A detailed description of each product is below.
Built by longtime fantasy players and software engineers. Used by DFS and best ball players at every level, including winners of million-dollar tournaments on DraftKings and FanDuel.
Each tool does one job. Here is what each one is for, in plain terms.
A tool for building lineups. You choose the projections and the rules, and the Optimizer builds one lineup or up to 1,000 and exports them to DraftKings, FanDuel, Yahoo, and more.
Learn more about the DFS Optimizer →A tool for seeing how lineups perform in a DraftKings or FanDuel contest before you enter. It shows each lineup’s projected ROI, cash rate, and finish position. NFL and Golf.
Learn more about the DFS Simulator →A tool for reviewing a DraftKings contest after it completes. It re-sims the contest with the lineups that actually entered, so you can see which builds deserved to win.
Learn more about the Post-Lock Sim Dashboard →A tool for keeping track of your results. It imports your contest history from DraftKings, FanDuel, and Yahoo and shows your profit and ROI by sport, site, and contest type.
Learn more about the DFS Bankroll Tracker →A browser extension for Underdog and DraftKings drafts. While you draft, it shows a SOLVER Score for every player, recommends picks, and tracks your ownership.
Learn more about the Draft Assistant →A tool for managing your best ball teams after you draft. It combines Underdog, DraftKings, and Drafters drafts into one portfolio and shows your exposure to every player.
Learn more about the Best Ball Explorer →You can use any one tool on its own. Most DFS players use them in this order.
Start in the Optimizer. Pick a projection set, set the rules you want (stacks, exposure, how many lineups), and it builds the lineups for you.
Send those lineups to the Simulator. It runs them through tens of thousands of simulated contests and tells you which ones are worth the entry fee.
After the contest, the Post-Lock Sim Dashboard shows what the winning builds did differently, and the Bankroll Tracker keeps a running record of your profit and ROI.
Play best ball instead? The Draft Assistant helps you pick while you draft, and the free Best Ball Explorer helps you manage your teams after. Both work with Underdog and DraftKings.
